Loading ...TROUTDALE, Ore. — Thieves stole car parts from five trucks belonging to the Troutdale Parks and Recreation District on Tuesday. Troutdale police said catalytic converters were stolen after thieves gained entry into the parks department lot in the early morning hours Tuesday.
The Japanese car and parts can be bought very cheaply.
