Loading ...RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - A German car parts maker plans to open a $5 million plant and sales and technical service center in suburban Richmond. Chesterfield County officials say Ept Automotive has leased 46,300 square feet of manufacturing space to produce electrical connectors.
